From the beginning he was open, informative, and responsive to our needs. Joe spent quite a bit of time explaining the selling process, the specifics of our area/neighborhood, and what to consider in pricing our home. He made suggestions on how to best show our home, and even did a small amount of staging. Plenty of notice was given before visits by prospective buyers. During Open Houses Joe had a second realtor with him to make sure someone was able to supervise each floor. Joe was available any time we needed him, and was very personable and exceptionally easy to work with. The buyer's realtor happened to be very unresponsive and seemed uninterested in details and deadlines. Joe was persistent and firm and we closed on time--our house was in escrow within three weeks of putting it on the market. The whole process was exceedingly smooth and trouble free. From the time he listed, the tenants moved in exactly 1 month later. This 1 month process was during the month of September which is traditionally a difficult time to find renters as the school year has already begun. We had visited several homes. We happened to come to a home Joe was showing and I really liked the feeling I got asking him questions. He knew the area very well, obviously he did his homework. I had called him back several times concerning the property he was showing and I always got a good response from him. I had not yet found a realtor to sell my property and since he was so easy to build a relationship with, I asked him to represent me. He accepted, we came up with a price range I was happy to work with and he got to work. SOLD! And just above asking.!
